The Nu.Q® Discover Cell Death white paper introduces the Nu.Q® H3.1 immunoassay, a robust and scalable solution for quantifying cell death through the measurement of circulating nucleosomes. Released during processes such as apoptosis, necrosis, and NETosis, nucleosomes are stable chromatin fragments that provide a reliable and quantitative biomarker across a wide range of biological samples, including plasma, cell culture supernatant, and other biofluids.
