Corporate Secretary

Rod is our Corporate Secretary and has been part of the Volition team right from its beginnings in 2011. He is an experienced legal and corporate secretary with over fifteen years’ experience in providing corporate, legal and administrative services to start-up companies. He previously served as corporate secretary for several mining companies in the United Kingdom.

Rod received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia.
