Kim Nguyen

Ms. Nguyen is an international HR professional with over 20 years experience within fast growing multinational companies in the Technology, FinTech and Financial Services industries. She has guided companies through expansion into new markets, workforce planning, change management and leadership development, and has led large teams across multiple regions including Europe, APAC and MENA.

Currently, Ms Nguyen is leading APAC HR for the London Stock Exchange Group. Prior to this she was the VP of HR for Binance, and also served as the APAC HR Lead for Google. She is also an Angel investor supporting start ups in the Tech sector.

Ms. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Hons) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
